Once you have paid for a service (e.g., loan consultation, loan processing assistance, or advisory services), the following refund policy applies:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
    • If we are unable to provide the service you requested due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • If you decide to cancel the service before any work has been completed (such as before any application or loan documentation is submitted on your behalf).
    • If a refund is legally required under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as advisory sessions already completed, application processing fees, or services involving third-party processing (e.g., loan applications) may not be eligible for a refund.

      • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days. If eligible, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

        Cancellation Policy

        You may cancel your request for services or consultation under the following conditions:

        • Cancellation Before Service Delivery: If you wish to cancel a service before we begin processing or providing services (e.g., before submitting loan documents or processing your application), you can cancel the service and receive a full refund, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined above.
          • Cancellation After Service Delivery: If the service has already been started or completed (such as loan processing or consultations that have been carried out), no refunds will be provided. However, we may offer to help resolve any issues through further consultation or service revision.

              Exceptions

              We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancellation request if:

              • The service has been fully delivered, including any third-party services initiated.
                • The service has been used or partially used.
                  • The request does not comply with the terms outlined above.

                    We may modify or cancel services due to business requirements or external factors. In such cases, we will notify you promptly, and if applicable, offer a suitable alternative or refund if the service cannot be delivered as initially agreed.
